Virtual Evaluations

Assessing Veteran needs without an in-person visit.

Along with our dealers and our LiftSquad network, we have been developing new methods and strategies for evaluating the needs of Veterans – both in their homes and on their vehicles. We’ve long worked with with Veterans via telehealth strategies, reaching out over the phone for more than a decade to complete most of the evaluation work that we need. In these new times, we’re also employing virtual meeting technology to go inside home, and see vehicles, without ever needing to make in-person contact.

By leveraging technology, we can still serve our Veterans with speed, efficiency, and the same outstanding service we’ve always deliverd – now we make it even safer. Our teams are comfortable using several different technologies so we can use methods that are most comfortable to the Veterans.

Contactless Service

Performing installation services for Veterans with minimal contact and social distancing to keep them safe and comfortable.

Working together with LiftSquad partners across the country, and in accordance with recommendations from the CDC and other national health organizations, we’ve developed tactics that amplify safety when having to go in the home for service.

This includes call-ahead engagements to help benefit recipients understand safety measures. Clear explanations of tactics that will be used with LiftSquad arrives.
