VA Issues Essential Services Exemption Memo

Dated March 23, 2020, the Department of Veterans Affairs issued a memo to be carried by any “employees or contractors” of the VA that are “required to continue their duties in support of essential government operations”.

In effect, this memo can be used to indicate to authorities that the services being performed, on behalf of the VA and for American Veterans, is an exclusion to any and all shelter-in-place (or similar) orders.

While extraordinary care must still be practiced, services provided by Harmar dealers and LiftSquad technicians is considered critical and essential.

A copy of the memo from the VA can be downloaded to be saved and printed.
