From time to time I will share with you some great content or tools that I like.
James Clear is the author of the New York Times bestseller, Atomic Habits, which I just cannot get enough of. Atomic Habits just passed a new publishing milestone, having sold more than 2 million copies worldwide.
If you are struggling with establishing habits in either life or work, this author provides a clear blueprint on how to master your habits. It's helped me meet my weight loss goals, and in setting aside a time each day for quiet reflection.
Not ready for a full book? Clear also has a great weekly newsletter that is easily the best piece of content that I get every week. He can also be found on twitter and Instagram.
Here are two of his quotes that I really like:
- "A strategy for thinking clearly: Rather than trying to be right, assume you are wrong and try to be less wrong. Trying to be right has a tendency to devolve into protecting your beliefs. Trying to be less wrong has a tendency to prompt more questions and intellectual humility."
- "The value of an opportunity changes depending on how it is treated. Don’t wish for better opportunities until you make the most of your current ones."
