Steve Dawson / Chief Executive Officer
Steve joined Harmar with extensive leadership experience in helping grow and transform companies. Steve is a CPA and holds a B.S. in Accounting from Wagner College in NYC. Steve has over 25 years of experience in private equity held companies and has held executive positions in finance, sales and marketing. Most recently, Steve was VP/General Manager and headed the CGI division of PGT Industries, a custom window and door manufacturer.
Ed Moulin / Chief Financial Officer
Ed came on board with Harmar in 2018, bringing with him more than 35 years of finance experience. That includes more than 12 years in private equity-backed companies. Mr. Moulin has worked with Harmar’s ownership group twice previously including as CFO of the Jones Stephens Corporation and as the VP of Finance & Treasurer of Axia. Ed holds an M.B.A. from Ohio University.
Joe Ayette / Vice President of Operations
Joe champions Harmar’s Operations inclusive of R&D, production, supply chain, product quality field support, and key cross-functional processes. He brings 20 years of experience in global manufacturing from the vehicle service industry (Fortune 500 Company), and medical technologies for healthcare industry. Joe’s background is in Electrical Engineering and has led Design and Manufacturing Engineering teams. He is Six Sigma certified, and possesses a B.S. degree from Youngstown State University and an MBA from Miami University-Oxford, OH.
David Baxter / Vice President of Product Strategy
David joined Harmar in 2014 and leads the company’s product development and growth strategies. Focused on market research, product positioning and project leadership, David brings cross-functional skills to continually enhance the Harmar product offering. He joined Harmar with 20+ years leadership experience in strategic and tactical marketing with industrial lift equipment manufacturers. David received a B.S. in Business Administration – Marketing from California State University, Fresno and a M.B.A. from University of Georgia.
Todd Bick / Senior Director of Sales
In 2006 Todd joined Harmar with the acquisition of Freedom Mobility. With over 10 years of experience in the mobility and accessibility industry, Todd is currently serving as the Senior Director of Sales. Todd is a Mechanical Engineer by training and attributes his rapid success to his technical ability and flavor for sales and relationship building. It is not uncommon to see Todd out in the field side by side at a dealership teaching them retail-focused tips and techniques.
Jodi Pisillo / Director of Human Resources
Jodi joined Harmar with a rich history of guiding HR for manufacturing companies. Having had the opportunity to begin her career in New Jersey and helping guide a multi-site manufacturer for more than 20 years, Jodi’s career has seen her have the opportunity to work across multiple industries, managing workforces into the thousands of employees. With her experience across manufacturing and healthcare companies, Jodi is a tremendous asset to Harmar.
Tim Kauffold / Director of Marketing
Tim came to Harmar in 2015 with a background in digital marketing and website development. Bringing with him 15 years of experience in those fields, Tim has seen massive evolutions in how companies and consumers interact in the online space. As a part of some of the very earliest pay-per-click and SEO methods and tactics, to the complex and diverse world of online presence today, Tim has helped a host of clients across many industries (especially healthcare and manufacturing). He complements his tactical and strategic marketing background with experience leading and managing multi-disciplinary teams across not only marketing disciplines, but IT, and software development as well.
